INDEPENDENT CONTRACT ANALYSIS

We know how engineers and scientists think and feel —it’s us!— Using techniques borrowed from Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), we have developed an approach to ‘translate’ contract legalese into visuals with the depth and efficiency that speak to an engineer.

We call them CONTRACT CONSTELLATIONS because they unlock the sometimes obscure relationship of rights & obligations across agreements.
